Do you serve breakfast and at what time?
Hotel Olympia serves Continental breakfast: boiled eggs, toast, jam, butter, coffee, milk, tea, cereals and weetabix.
Breakfast time: Monday to Friday 08:00 am â€“ 09:00 am; Saturday and Sunday 08:30 am to 09:30 am.
Is the breakfast free of charge?
Olympiaâ€™s Continental breakfast costs Â£7.50 per person; however hotel Olympia serves free breakfast only on special occasion. Please check the hotelâ€™s promotion page for more details
What time is the check-in?
Check-in time starts from 2 pm onwards. If you come earlier than this, you can leave your luggage at the reception until the room is ready. Please note, hotel Olympia will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
What time is the check-out?
Check-out time is before 11 am. In case of late check-out Hotel Olympia reserves the right to charge you 50% on the daily room price.
I will be coming to hotel Olympia late in the night; will I be able to check-in?
Yes, the reception is open 24 hours Monday to Sunday.
Check out time is before 11 am but my flight is in the afternoon/evening/night, may I leave my luggage at the reception?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the reception free of charge. Please note, hotel Olympia will not be responsible for any loss or damage, if you leave your luggage at the reception for more than thirty days the hotel reserves the right to destroy it.
Which type of documents do I need for checking-in?
Hotel Olympia requires a proof of identity (Passport or Identity Card) for all guests and the reservation number. For phone/e-mail/walk-in bookings please provide a copy of the e-mail confirmation.
How can I make a booking?

Please note to reserve a room, Hotel Olympia requires debit/credit card details. A confirmation will be sent you via e-mail.
I booked a room at hotel Olympia, why did you charge my credit/debit card prior to arrival?
Please note at the time of booking the room, Olympia does pre-authorise the amount of the first night. The hotel will not charge your Credit/Debit card but the fund will be held on your card by your own issuing bank.
During this process, the fund will be held for a minimum of 10 to 15 working days.
After that time, the amount will be released by your issuing bank automatically.
Can I cancel my reservation at any time, without extra fees?
If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the arrival date, you will be charged the amount of the first night. If you cancel your reservation before 48 hours of the arrival date no charge will be applied.

Which type of payment do you accept for check-in?
Hotel Olympia accepts payment by cash or credit/debit card (Visa and Master Card).
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately hotel Olympia doesnâ€™t allow pet inside the building. Apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Do you have Internet facilities?
Hotel Olympia has free WiFi access in the lobby. During the check-in the receptionist will provide you with password.

Do you have kettle for making tea and coffee?
Yes, in every room there is a kettle with tea/coffee bags and milk.
Do you have smoking rooms?
